Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days, Express 2–3 business days, and Overnight 1 business day via FedEx Priority.
Q: How do I start a return?
To return an item, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
Q: My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll immediately send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You do not need to return damaged items.
